Returns & Refunds policy

At Mayuresh Agrotech, we are committed to providing quality products and a reliable customer experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not working properly, you may request a replacement within 2 to 3 days from the date of successful delivery.

To initiate a request, customers must contact us within the specified time period and provide valid proof of the issue, such as clear photos or videos along with order details. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and components.

Please note the following important conditions:

  • Only replacement is available. Refunds or returns are not applicable.

  • Replacement will be processed only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for sending the product back at their own cost as per the instructions provided by our support team.

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors will not be eligible for replacement.

  • Minor variations in product color or design (based on availability) are not considered defects.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, and the issue is verified, we will process a replacement product as quickly as possible.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
